A Surprise Reveal She Did Not Expect
When we arrived to meet Hayli, we did not immediately share the good news. In fact, we did the opposite.
At first, Hayli was told that she did not win the giveaway. She responded with grace and understanding, even saying that others likely needed it more. What she did not know was that the moment was carefully planned.
Just seconds later, the mood changed.
Our owner, Gus Puga, pulled up honking his horn, stepping out to announce the truth. Hayli had actually won the HVAC system. The surprise, the emotion, and the relief were immediate. It was a moment our entire team will never forget.
We chose this approach because the giveaway is not just about the system. It is about the experience and the reminder that good things can still happen when you least expect them.
Why We Do HVAC Giveaways
